Fives and Sixes

Once again combining an almost too direct idea/representation where I embroidered 5 and 6 pointed stars into fabric, with the amazing possibilities of letting go of literal, symbolic/clear images and meaning-making...aka Kristina's deep space compositions! I finally see how once you start arranging, the possibilities are mind-blowing! Also my first time seeing the little tiny units add up into something capable of communicating a cosmic scale.
